AMS would provide a 3 month get out clause that allows the client to exit out of the 12-month agreement if they are not happy with quality and accuracy of the data supplied. The client would be required to pay the 3-month value of the subscription package up-front and if still happy with AMS data pay for the following 9 months of the package after the initial 3 months.
